For our Supply Chain Business Support department, we are looking for a Process Analyst who can play a key role in boosting business efficiency in order to enhance cost reduction.
In this position you pro-actively evaluate the design of business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, based on one of the 4 strategic management objectives within Supply Chain: costs, inventory, customer satisfaction and sustainability.
From our location in Bergen op Zoom we’re responsible for all supply chain processes across the EMEA region. Together with the key-stakeholders and functional owners eg. sales companies, factories, warehouses and logistic service providers, you define the business requirements and design solutions that will ensure a performance optimization for the Supply Chain at Ricoh. As a Process Analyst, you will support this optimizations by providing data driven business cases and will be involved in implementation projects to ensure timely delivery of specified results within budget.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in preferably Economics, Supply Chain or International Business;
- You have 5+ years of working experience in an operational environment, preferably in Supply Chain;
- Experience with BI tooling (eg. Power BI), reporting and data analytics;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Fluent in English both spoken and written;
- You have excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Ricoh Europe Supply Chain Management B.V. is responsible for the forecasting, sourcing, storage and delivery of products on behalf of the sales companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Our products include photocopiers, printers, fax machines, projectors and multi-functional combinations of these products. The Ricoh facility, based in Bergen op Zoom, covers over 50,000 square meters, with a daily throughput exceeding 12,000 orders. Warehousing activities are outsourced to DHL.
